Dreams Can Come True: Bridal Shops Offer Deals to Out of Luck Brides (FOX 9 News Twin Cities) - After hearing that a bridal shop closed in Cold Spring, leaving dozens of brides out of a dress, several Twin Cities stores have offered to help make their days special.
